1. Market Volatility & Liquidity

Real estate assets acquired for the purpose of Sovereign Residency are subject to global market fluctuations. While Prime Horizon implements the LRP (Liquidity Rescue Program), the Client acknowledges that immediate liquidation of physical assets may be subject to a 30-90 day window depending on jurisdiction-specific legal requirements.

2. Regulatory Changes

Citizenship and Residency-by-Investment (CBI/RBI) laws are governed by sovereign states. Prime Horizon provides a "Jurisdiction Pivot" guarantee, ensuring that should a primary jurisdiction alter its legislative framework, the Client’s capital can be reassigned to an equivalent Tier-1 jurisdiction without loss of principal investment.

3. Escrow & Counterparty Risk

Capital is secured via Tier-1 Escrow (HSBC/Standard Chartered). Prime Horizon acts as the legal facilitator. Final title transfer is contingent upon successful background verification by the relevant Ministry of Interior or Land Department.
