• Residential: €250,000 - €800,000 (Varies by Municipality / Greece 2024-26 Tiering).
• Commercial: Conversion of industrial properties to residential use (€250,000 threshold).
• Restoration: Listed/Preserved buildings requiring full rehabilitation.

Legal Deadlines

10% Deposit must be placed in a Greek/Portuguese Escrow account to lock the current price and residency tier. Final Title Deed transfer must occur within 90 days of the Preliminary Agreement.
