Guaranteed Asset Liquidity Clause

This agreement (the "Bail-Out Protocol") ensures that the Client, hereafter referred to as the "Sovereign Investor," is protected against systemic market failures.

"In the event of a documented 20% decline in the Prime Real Estate Index (PREI) within a 6-month period, Prime Horizon Capital Group hereby guarantees a Non-Discretionary Buy-Back of the subject property at no less than 90% of the Original Acquisition Value."

Protocol Activation Triggers:

Systemic Crash: National bank failures or suspension of Land Registry operations.
Political Instability: Sudden changes to Golden Visa laws affecting the Investor's right to remain.
Exit Demand: Client's requirement for immediate liquidity for secondary opportunistic investments.
